…are exhibiting their extraordinary work at the Crain Art Gallery in the Crowell Public Library in San Marino through November 2nd. I’m beyond description proud of all my students in the class, both those who are exhibiting and newer ones who feel they need more time before they show their work.

Installation day for the exhibit was great fun thanks to the generous help from Lynda Lyons, the library’s person in charge of the Crain Art Gallery.  We couldn’t have done it without her kind help!
Lots of discussion….
And thinking…..
Ralph’s engineering knowledge is showing…..
Sweet Mireya with her ‘LUCKY RAINBOW DRAGON’ and ‘PINK LOTUS BLISS’ Brush paintings.
Cindi with her exquisite painting, ‘ALEPPO ROSE’.
After all that hard work, Diane, Maggie, Ralph and Kathy joined Nikka and me for sustenance at Julienne’s!
Well the big day finally arrived….
All the exhibitors went over the top with bringing marvelous refreshments!
I want you to meet Sharlyn French who will always hold a very special place in my heart.  Sharlyn bought my very first painting sold at Pasadena Showcase House in 1984.  ‘GREENBEAN’, a delightful Rabbit!
Greeting cards by the artists were also on sale and a huge hit!
Pam and Iris were two of the demonstrators….
…along with Lulu!  Bravo to all of them as they were magnificent!
Pam has also become a master at scroll painting!
Mina Taylor demonstrates Calligraphy to sweet Patricia Chow.
Kudos Stephanie, shown here with the proud collector who bought her painting ‘ORCHID SOLO’.
Awesome Maggie with Kavita and Kitty, her two delightful and most brilliant daughters.
Applause for Diane Riska Taylor whose charming cricket, ‘SUMMER NIGHT’ sold!
Sandie, Janet and Cindy will be exhibiting in the studio class exhibit in January and were pleased to see how well this was going.
Thank you my dear and most glamorous Carol Soucek King for supporting the event!
This delightful cat by Elizabeth Asunsolo,  is just what Brush painting is all about!
Lovebirds Herm and Lulu…..soooo adorable!  Special congratulations to Lulu who sold her painting, ‘PAIR OF PEARS’.
Bravo one and all.  I can’t begin to express how proud I am of each and every one of you!
Remember, the exhibit runs through November 2nd.  There are many more paintings not seen in this blog and I know you’ll be so inspired seeing the work and perhaps obtaining a magnificent Brush painting of your own!
