Did you know there are special groomers for Doodles? We didn’t! Here’s Manny at his shop “Doodles and Friends by Manny.”

Here’s the finished product!

Time for a relaxing lunch with delightful Terri and Debra!

Don’t you just know we’re all looking at Somi!

Adorable Emilia discovered my art at Providence St. Joe’s!

Sweet Lynne and Sandie Girl had a delightful birthday lunch for me.

Surprise!

We had dinner at the most art filled home served up by their brilliant chef!

And fabulous puppers!

Off to the dress rehearsal for CDA’s Ballet Hispánico’s Doña Perón!

It was fabulous! We Watched Evita that night!

Loved catching up with Cheryl!

Time for Wondrous Carol Soucek King’s Salon on the Spiritually Creative Life, and Janet Mortorello did double duty keeping everything going as Curtis McElhinney was out of town on assignment.

While Somi, the Office Dog, kept me on track.

The main presentation at the salon was “Ray Bradbury: Love and Understanding” with Artist William Stout. I especially loved the Albert Camus quote: “A man’s work is nothing but this slow trek to rediscover, through the detours of life, those two or three great and simple images in whose presence his heart first opened.” Quoting Ray Bradbury, “It’s all about love.”

Followed that evening by a delightful dinner at El Portal hosted as always by generous Carol.

There’s always something to be fixed…

My latest project was the floors downstairs after two 110-pound Akitas tried their best to damage them! Here’s Josef, my delightful floor man. He and Somi are best buds!

Somi says goodbye to the old floor…

Wait….are you sure you want to do this???

I think I like it…

Everything was made all better by spending a lovely day with Danielle. We had lunch at Julienne’s and then visited the Huntington’s Chinese Garden to see the Lotus blooming.

Another delightful afternoon was spent with Danielle, Joanna, Kalene, and Candice when they visited the studio and then delighted in meeting Somi the goldendoodle!

What fun having a delightful lunch at the Polo Lounge and then surprise… seeing Valerie with Pat Boone!

As Always, the Brush painting class in the studio was wonderful. We worked on the Chrysanthemum and delightful Goldfish!

Finally, dinner with amazing Tom finished the month!

Wishing you days filled with love and laughter!
