…and other wonderful things in April!
Somi is the most gregarious puppy ever and she’s amassing such a group of friends. Everyone must play with her or we don’t hear the end of it! Our darling next door neighbors, Sweet Emilia and Talented David adore Somi and the feeling is quite mutual!

Somi now goes for romps in the park.

Lovely Izabela and Wayne are a must see on her walks or there’s major disappointment.

walkies with Lambert and Dolly and their hooman Dave are always a must!

Fergie is quite a bit smaller than Somi but fortunately willing to play with her on a daily basis.

New friend Larry.

And charming ZoZo who partners with Somi when walking on Kenneth.

Dear Carol always has a treat from Handsome Xavier for Somi!

It’s hard to get away from our puppers.

The Doodle is now officially the Office Dog but sleeps on the job most of the time.

It’s spring cleaning starting with the garage. This is a three day job for Jhonny and I’m not allowed in as I can’t bear to throw anything out!

It was so wonderful to have precious teatime with dear Olga, who will be returning to Europe for six months and then back again.

Somi got treated too!

One of the loveliest days was spent at The Colburn, celebrating their Gala. Thank you dear Peggy for including me in such a special event.

There was wine and canapés and general socializing.

Stylish Terri…

Both Terri Kohl and Sweet Alyce are major supporters of the Colburn. Bravo!

We were treated to Colburn’s Dance Academy. Soooo lovely!

At noon we were treated to the concert with the Colburn Concert Choir performing first.

James Conlon was the guest conductor for the Colburn Orchestra.

Merle Mullin (on the left), global philanthropist whose profound generosity made her this years Richard D. Colburn Civic Honoree along with Artistic Honoree James Conlon.

There were so many generous supporters of The Colburn that I was inspired beyond description. We were all treated to the loveliest luncheon…

Dear Peggy sat me next to Barbara Marshall, Gary Marshall’s wife, and we had the most interesting conversation. She’s an amazing woman, a nurse responsible for the first Intensive Care Unit at Cedars and so many other remarkable things.

Great fun seeing sweet Cheryl from The Music Center.

A world of thanks Lovely Peggy for a day I’ll not soon forget!

Wishing you all manner of treats!
